Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior infrastructure engineer to act as the technical bridge between federal customer operations teams and internal engineering groups. You will diagnose and resolve complex production issues across Linux, virtualization, networking, containers, and cloud infrastructure.

This role is primarily remote with some on-site support to Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Montgomery, AL, travel up to 25%. A Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 10+ years of infrastructure engineering/support and systems administration experience.
• VMware (ESXi, vCenter, NSX).
• Linux systems administration (Redhat, Ubuntu).
• Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical bridge between federal customer operations teams and internal engineering organizations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across Linux systems, virtualization, networking, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• This is a primarily remote role with occasional on-site support to customer environments as needed (travel up to 25%).
