About The Role

RapidScale seeks a skilled Google CCAI and UJET Implementation Solutions Engineer to lead customer implementations of AI-powered CCaaS solutions. This role requires strong contact center knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities

1. Define and manage project scope, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
2. Implement and test the full CCAI / CES solution stack, including configuration and integration.
3. Collaborate with customers and internal teams for seamless integration.
4. Manage customer expectations and resolve implementation challenges.
5. Develop and deliver training materials and conduct sessions.
6. Oversee solution launches and obtain customer sign-off.
7. Transition projects to the Support team.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Stay updated on Google CCAI / CES product updates and industry best practices.
10. Contribute to improving implementation processes.
11. Document customer solutions and develop project documentation.

Required Skills

1. Deep knowledge of Google CCAI platform and UJET CCaaS, including Dialogflow CX, Insights, and Agent Assist.
2. Experience integrating CCAI and UJET with CRMs, email, and other platforms, with knowledge of SDKs and APIs.
3. Proficiency in Python for developing processes, training models, and API integrations.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Project management ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience

1. 5+ years implementing Google CCAI / CES and UJET solutions.
2. Experience with other Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms is a plus.
3. Experience with CRMs and SaaS reporting tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years in Google CCAI / CCaaS / UJET implementations.
3. 5+ years as a technical consultant.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Willingness to travel occasionally.
