Qualifications

• 10+ years software/data engineering experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Lead-level experience mentoring engineers.
• Strong Python experience.
• Cloud exposure: AWS plus Azure or GCP acceptable if also AWS.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks and Redshift.
• Data modeling and ELT/ETL experience.
• Real-time data and streaming knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support data solutions.
• Lead a team of developers specializing in data movement, distributed computing, and full‑stack systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, Snowflake and Databricks.
• Optimize information systems for end‑users and downstream consumers.
• Mentor junior engineers and stay current with new tech trends.
