Provide technical leadership for Azure-based and on-premises infrastructure.
Lead troubleshooting, performance, and guidance for infrastructure systems.
Support Azure AD, SAML/SSO, and related services (AD, DNS, DHCP).
Coordinate cross-training and knowledge sharing within the team.
Research new technologies and present written recommendations to management.
