A leading health center in Boston seeks a Lead Clinician for Triage and Access to enhance behavioral health services. The lead clinician, reporting directly to and coordinating closely with the Director of Behavioral Health, is a core member of the BH Department with clinical, supervisory, and programmatic responsibilities.
The Lead Clinician for Triage and Access provides integrated behavioral health care to patients and families of all ages within a primary care setting. They offer clinical supervision to BH clinicians, interns, and allied staff, collaborate with various stakeholders to triage patients for acuity, build and maintain community referral partnerships, and monitor clinician schedules and productivity.
This role aims to improve the behavioral health of Codman's patient population by caring for individual patients, developing BH staff, and taking a holistic approach to BH service access. The Lead Clinician supports the health center in achieving population-based quality of care measures and recognizes that every health center patient is a potential BH Department patient.
