Job summary

OFG Education's Brick Lane School is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team and balance leadership with a therapy caseload. You will deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students with complex profiles, including autism and SEMH needs, aligned to EHCP targets.

You will work with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to develop a growing clinical service, maintain safeguarding, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for students aged 5–18 across our

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Speech & Language Therapy.
• Registered with HCPC and RCSLT.
• Up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body.
• Experience with autistic individuals or those with complex needs.
• Clear and concise report writing skills.
• Experience providing supervision to a therapy team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing service.
• Experience of multi-professional work within the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the in-house Clinical Team at Brick Lane School.
• Balance leading with delivering a therapy caseload.
• Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students.
• Coordinate line management and service development of the clinical school-based service.
• Maintain safeguarding culture and ensure person-centred practice.
