  • Manage the clinic monthly schedule in coordination and communication with other clinic leads and the Director of Clinical Operations.
Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or higher degree preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited medical assisting program strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in wound care, hyperbarics, or specialty care setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
  • Prior lead, charge, or clinic coordination experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, organize priorities, support team accountability, and escalation concerns appropriately.
