Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota.
• Experience supervising staff is required.
• Experience supporting clients with mental illness; co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Experience in residential settings; IRTS setting preferred.
• Experience with 245i licensing requirements strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Portland Place program as part of Touchstone Mental Health's leadership team.
• Serve as the Treatment Director per 245i licensing requirements.
• Supervise a team of Mental Health Counselors, trainees, peers, apprentices and interns.
• Provide regular supervision, guidance, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate staffing needs with the Program Director and HR.
• Partner with Admissions to interview and welcome new clients.
• Complete functional assessments with new clients.
• Provide leadership and support to staff during client crises.
• Communicate with mobile crisis teams, law enforcement, county staff and community.
• Lead Clinical Consult weekly and provide clinical supervision as needed.
• Ensure staff meet policies, licensing requirements, and document services.
• Oversee admissions, assessments, treatment plans and discharge processes.
• Ensure medication administration follows guidelines.
• Ensure daily summaries, crossover meetings and clinical consults are completed.
