Job summary

Gulfstream Goodwill Industries is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for residents served in HUD-supported housing programs. You will supervise clinical and case management staff, ensure high-quality behavioral health and supportive services, and develop individualized care plans aligned with trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Florida clinical licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in supportive housing or related settings.
• Experience with adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience developing Continuum of Care Plans and crisis management.
• Knowledge of HUD housing principles and service coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Oversee assessments and care planning for residents with mental health needs.
• Review records for compliance with HUD and contractual requirements.
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practices.
• Monitor daily clinical operations in residential settings.
• Train and develop staff in behavioral health best practices.
• Coordinate with landlords, hospitals, and community providers.
• Track clinical trends and contribute to program improvements.
• Assist with audits and reporting to funders.
• Maintain resident confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
• May perform home visits or cover caseload during absences.
