Job summary

IQVIA, through MCRA, seeks a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator to support remote clinical trial activities in compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and GCP. You will coordinate data collection, enrollment, and participant communication while ensuring safety and data integrity across trials.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience in clinical research coordination, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in a life sciences or healthcare-related field).
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Clinical Coordinator or in a comparable clinical research role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with the research team and sites to identify, recruit, and virtually enroll eligible patients.
• Collect, maintain, and securely store data in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate potential participants about trials and manage informed consent via virtual interactions.
• Assist with participant study compliance by providing guidance and reminders to ensure adherence to protocol requirements.
• Conduct follow-up activities for trials while following GCP guidelines.
• Monitor participants for safety and report adverse events per IRB-approved protocols.
• Support the research participant call center and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain professionalism in all participant interactions to foster trust and engagement.
• Assist with study equipment management and documentation as required.
• Communicate with MCRA clinical affairs staff and clients under guidance of senior staff.
