Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified clinical research professional preferred or eligible within six months.
• 2 years of experience in managing clinical research projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee orientation, day-to-day supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure trials meet protocol obligations and regulatory requirements (GCP, FDA, IRB).
• Provide guidance on coordinating all elements of studies and data collection.
• Manage study portfolio and monitor data quality across phases.
• Support regulatory/IRB issues and onboarding of new hires.
