Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant program experience.
• Lead portfolio oversight and liaison with sponsors and CROs.
• Ensure protocol compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight as lead of a disease portfolio, coordinating with PIs and leadership to meet goals and timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational activities for study protocols, ensure compliance, obtain informed consent, schedule visits, monitor adverse events, and manage data and study docs.
• Participate in team meetings as liaison between Sponsor, PI, vendors, and services; ensure connections between services and troubleshoot as needed.
• Act as the database expert for the program, keeping databases up to date and providing training and support.
• Supervise and mentor junior clinical research staff, provide disease-specific training, and align trials with guidance from leadership.
• Create recruitment plans in compliance with regulations and manage community outreach and reporting of progress.
• Other duties as assigned and back-up support within the program.
