Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in medical or science related field or Bachelor's Degree or higher in medical or science related field
• Experience: 4 years with HS Diploma, 2 years with Associate's, or 1 year with Bachelor's; mentoring program experience desirable
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS may be required; CPR AED may be required depending on protocol or location

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant screening and recruitment for complex trials or multiple studies.
• Conduct consent discussions and develop consent plans for participants.
• Correct and document incomplete or missing data for complex studies.
• Schedule visits and ensure protocol and criteria are met for trials.
• Enter data into case report forms and maintain study documentation.
• Support regulatory submissions and audit preparations as required.
• Provide training and mentoring to CRA I/II staff.
