Ideal candidates are Registered Dietitians with 5+ years healthcare experience, including 2+ years in leadership, and hold or pursue required state licensure and CDR credentials.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in dietetics or related field.
• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required.
• Licensed dietitian where applicable.
• Minimum five years healthcare RD experience, with two years in management.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical nutrition programs across Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Medical and JML Care Center.
• Lead education, training, and performance improvement within clinical nutrition.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality across facilities.
• Monitor staff competency, productivity, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with medical direction to implement innovative nutrition programs.
