Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead/Clinician for the Main Operating Room to provide advanced nursing care and lead a surgical services team.

The role requires Florida RN licensure and a BSN; operating room experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule at the Main Campus.

You will collaborate with managers, follow professional guidelines, and uphold patient rights while contributing to the hospital's mission.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida.
• BSN required.
• Operating room experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care under supervision and standards.
• Collaborate with the unit manager on operations.
• Plan and implement nursing care; document assessments and reports.
• Uphold patient rights and hospital mission/values.
