Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory leadership experience.
• FLDOH – Clinical Laboratory Supervisor certification.
• Knowledge of CAP/CLIA/JCO accreditation standards.
• Strong ability to manage complex workflows and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of medical technologists performing tests.
• Ensure proper equipment is in place and maintained.
• Plan, prioritize, and direct workflows.
• Interview and select staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Coordinate with reference labs and vendors.
• Develop monthly and quarterly reports to improve operations.
