Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Services or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
• At least two years of professional experience with youth in mental health or substance use.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of DHS 34 and DHS 36.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and supervision to Intake staff.
• Conduct clinical and crisis assessments of youth and young adults with complex needs.
• Review and approve crisis plans, notes, and response plans.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision for intake staff (minimum 1 hour) and ensure adequate direct care hours.
• Audit clinical documentation for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with partners to design program services and provide crisis management education.
• Contribute to planning and implementing new initiatives for Behavioral Health Services.
