Enveda is seeking a Clinical Development Director to lead first-in-human programs in metabolism and autoimmune disease. You will own the clinical development plan, design Phase 1 studies, and build a translational PD strategy, partnering with top KOLs and sites globally.

You will drive IND strategy, run advisory boards, and shape the platform narrative for investors. This role demands entrepreneurial depth, collaboration, and patient-focused leadership within a remote, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• MD with credibility to lead the program.
• Global KOL and site network in autoimmune/metabolic diseases.
• Track record taking assets into clinic, early-phase programs.
• Experience designing and running early clinical development, proof-of-mechanism studies.
• Own translational and pharmacodynamic strategy.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Build the clinical development plan and first-in-human strategy from the ground up.
• Design the Phase 1 protocol: dose, endpoints, population, pharmacodynamic readouts, and two therapeutic areas.
• Shape the translational and biomarker strategy turning preclinical mechanism into human proof-of-mechanism readout.
• Support the path to IND and early regulatory strategy.
• Run Advisory Boards to produce decision-grade insight and influence trial design.
• Build the KOL and site network ahead of the clinic for readiness.
• Engage thought leaders, physicians, PIs, and patients about metabolism and autoimmune opportunities.
• Contribute to broader platform narrative for investors and partners.
