QualDerm Partners is seeking a skilled Lead, Clinical to support our providers, guide medical assistants, and help ensure efficient, high-quality patient care in our Denver dermatology practice.

As the frontline clinical lead, you will coordinate daily MA coverage, train newcomers, assist during examinations, document care in the EMR, and monitor supplies and infection-control standards. This role requires strong communication and leadership, HIPAA knowledge, and EMA ModMed familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a medical assisting program with internship or 2–3 years dermatology experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMA ModMed is a plus.
