QualDerm Partners is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead, Clinical to support our providers, guide medical assistants, and help ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow, train associates, assist providers during exams, document care in the EMR, and uphold infection-control standards. Join a growing dermatology team focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a medical assisting program and internship, or 2-3 years of recent dermatology experience
• Certified Medical Assistant credential preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with EMA ModMed is a plus
