Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. in Alameda, CA seeks a temporary Clinical Data Manager for 20 hours/week, initial 6 months, with possible extension. You will lead data management activities, act as SME, coordinate with vendors, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across trials.

The role requires 5+ years in medical devices/pharma, strong EDC experience, and proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams. On-site work is expected in Alameda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in medical device/pharma or CRO.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of clinical research preferred.
• Experience with EDC systems (Rave, InForm, eClinicalOS, REDCap).
• Regulatory knowledge for data quality and GCPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform data management activities within assigned studies.
• Serve as DM SME on project teams and develop timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee DM CRO/vendor activities for compliance with standards.
• Archive DM documentation per Penumbra and regulatory requirements.
• Train CRAs on CRF data entry and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor study progress using DM reports and ensure timeliness.
