Job summary

eClinical is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager (Sr. CDM) to act as study lead, overseeing databases across the full data management lifecycle.

You will serve as the primary liaison between eClinical personnel and Sponsor teams, design and validate databases, perform data cleaning, and ensure timely sponsor deliverables.

This remote role offers collaboration with global teams and opportunities to advance in clinical data management and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or health-related field (or higher) preferred.
• 8+ years in Clinical Data Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology.
• Strong project management experience and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary representative for the company and sponsor data management interaction.
• Monitor adherence to study timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure overall quality of data management activities at study/program level.
• Coordinate data management documents and assist with IST/validation activities.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in process improvements.
