Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Clinical Data Manager II to manage all aspects of the clinical trial data management process from study start-up to post database lock under supervision. This role will follow SOPs/WIs and regulatory directives, and oversee database development and testing.

The position also involves leading data management for assigned projects, ensuring back-up coverage, timely task execution, CRF specification development, database build and UAT, data entry, QC, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Clinical Data Management experience or demonstrated aptitude in the key skills for the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Able to handle a variety of clinical research tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; must communicate in English across Precision for Medicine and with clients.
• Experience in utilizing a clinical database management system.
• Broad knowledge of drug, device and/or biologic development and effective data management practices.
• Ability to undertake occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead DM role for assigned clinical project(s), ensuring back-up and timely tasks.
• May perform data entry for paper-CRF studies; quality control of data entry.
• Develop CRF specifications from the protocol and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
• Assist in building clinical databases and conduct database build UAT.
• Specify requirements for edit checks and data review; maintain DM documentation.
