Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Clinical Data Manager II to oversee the data management process from startup to database lock for assigned trials. You will lead as Primary Data Management contact and ensure timely, quality deliverables in accordance with SOPs and study plans.

The role includes building and QA of databases, CRF specifications, data queries, and collaboration with sponsors, vendors and project teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors and/or a combination of related experience.
• 5+ years’ Clinical Data Management experience or demonstrated aptitude in the key skills for the role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Able to read, write, speak fluently English for communication with Precision for Medicine and clients
• Experience in utilizing a clinical database management system
• Broad knowledge of drug, device and/or biologic development and data management practices
• Ability to undertake occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Primary Data Management contact (Lead DM role) for assigned trials, ensuring continuity and timely tasks
• May perform data entry for paper-CRF studies as needed
• Quality control of data entry and data quality
• Develop CRF specifications from study protocol and coordinate stakeholder feedback
• Oversee database build, UAT, and documentation quality
• Review and query trial data per Data Management Plan
• Liaise with vendors and project teams to support timelines and data deliverables
• May assist with SAS programming and quality control of SAS programs
