In this leadership role, you will interface with study teams, support inspections, and mentor junior DM staff while advancing continuous improvement initiatives in data practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, data science, statistics is required, advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of Biopharma/CRO experience with 3+ years in study/program leadership.
• Travel: 5-10% for industry conferences, meetings, inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical data management leadership within study teams to align on data collection requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality, reliable clinical trial data on schedule.
• Serve as primary DM contact for internal and external study team members.
• Drive data collection standards with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Oversee third-party vendor data management deliverables and quality.
• Lead or support inspections, CAPA, and audits.
• Coach and supervise junior DM leads and DM forums.
• Support data management process improvements and SOPs.
