Responsibilities

• Onboards new research personnel and provides onboarding guidance.
• Develops processes to ensure data compliance.
• Ensures electronic databases contain accurate patient data.
• Serves as primary contact for data collection workflows.
• Communicates with sponsors, IRB, and medical staff.
• Prepares for sponsor monitor visits and ensures documentation.
• Maintains timely submissions of research data and follow-up CRFs.
