A leading healthcare provider in St. Louis invites applications for the position of Lead Clinic Services Rep in the OB/GYN department. This role involves supporting patient services, handling escalated inquiries, and training staff, all within a supportive and dynamic environment. Strong customer service skills and experience in healthcare settings are preferred.
Barnes-Jewish Hospital has an opportunity for a Lead Clinic Services Rep supporting OB/GYN patients.
In this role, you will provide great customer service to patients via phone and in person. You will also be responsible for handling escalated patient calls or scheduling needs, ongoing traning of employees and monitoring of phone wait times.

The Obstetrics/Gynecology clinic serves women from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, the majority of whom come from the St. Louis metropolitan area. Any woman, regardless of age, is eligible to receive care in the OB-BYN Clinic. Patients are seen for routine OB-GYN care including prenatal care, well women exams, and family planning. The OB-GYN Clinic provides outpatient OB-GYN care and nursing care through health promotion, prenatal screening, diagnosis, treatment, and education.

Serves as the lead for customer service representatives. Directs the patient flow process for the customer service team. Coordinates day-to-day operations in respective areas. Assists in training new staff. Provides reports on specific areas of responsibility. Provides updates to the Intake Manager, promotes and holds employees responsible for ICARE standards.
