Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Client Partner in the United States to drive strategic growth initiatives and enable frontline teams through Growth Operations excellence.

You will partner with the CCO, CMO, and Growth leaders to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and lead a team of Growth Enablement Managers across Marketing and Operations. This hybrid role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and execution focus to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degrees in commerce, economics, or finance are preferred.
  • Advanced degrees in business or analytics strongly preferred.
  • Certification in business management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought partner to CCO, CMO & Head of Growth Operations to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and collaborate across teams to improve growth and efficiency.
  • Lead Growth Enablement Managers to optimize end-to-end processes for frontline teams.
  • Leverage Growth Operations CoEs and work with Marketing to enable key initiatives.
  • Lead market opportunity identification, plan campaigns and manage pipelines with data.
  • Provide analytics and insights to leaders on opportunities, risks, and mitigation.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for cross-functional alignment.
  • Apply problem-solving to gain executive buy-in and drive execution with impact.

Job Description
Responsibilities

Serve as a thought partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of Growth Operations to drive strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities for growth, streamline processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects that improve growth and efficiency. Lead a team of Growth Enablement Managers to optimize end-to-end business processes for frontline teams. Leverage the Centers of Excellence in Growth Operations and work closely with Marketing teams to drive effective enablement and support key initiatives. Lead market opportunity identification, track market triggers, plan campaigns with marketing, prioritize accounts, set goals, manage pipelines, and analyze win/loss data. Provide detailed analytics and insights to Lead Client Partners and Business Leaders regarding opportunities and risks, while supporting mitigation planning and governance. Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Apply problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and risks, gain senior executive buy-in, and drive strong execution with a results-oriented approach.
