Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in wrap-up insurance, construction risk management, or related fields.
• Prior experience managing OCIP/CCIP programs required.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret loss data and payroll reports.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Property & Casualty License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage OCIP/CCIP for construction projects; ensure compliance and quality service.
• Design cost-effective insurance solutions for projects.
• Review construction contracts for insurance requirements.
• Coordinate claims activities with adjusters and administrators.
• Provide training for stakeholders on wrap-up processes.
