Responsibilities

• Performs clerk duties in grocery or freight; assists department manager as directed.
• Leads by example in customer service and handles complaints or questions.
• Monitors traffic, checkout coverage and maintains cleanliness and displays.
• Assists with cashiering, stocking, and department tasks as needed.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and work areas are organized.
• Supports supervising staff with guidance and task delegation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
