Job summary

KleenMark Services Corp. in Appleton, WI is seeking a Lead Cleaning Technician for Monday–Friday evenings (7:00 PM–10:45 PM). Pay is $18.00 per hour.

The role oversees other cleaners, ensures quality cleaning, and delivers excellent customer service across facilities such as offices, medical, and educational sites. Responsibilities include directing staff, performing cleaning tasks, operating floor care equipment, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires cleaning experience across commercial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership, strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• High School diploma or GED required, Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of other cleaners to ensure their area is cleaned properly.
• Receives and executes directions daily from Account Manager or Building Supervisor.
• Maintains cleanliness of facility by performing various cleaning duties.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other areas.
• Operates floor care equipment: sweep, scrub, wax, polish floors.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies with vacuum.
• Dusts furniture and equipment; polishes metal fixtures.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows and sills; empties waste and recyclables.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies; delivers excellent customer service.
• Arrives on time and works overtime as required.
