Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cleaner to ensure top-quality cleanliness across our facilities. You will coordinate and supervise a cleaning team, promote a positive work environment, and uphold safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements include prior lead or supervisory experience, at least 1 year in janitorial or related work, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work weekends with possible overtime. We offer a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

• Address cleaning issues promptly and ensure work meets high standards.
