Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Lead Cleaner in Malvern, PA to oversee daily cleaning tasks and support a team across client facilities. You will supervise staff, ensure safety standards, and maintain high-quality cleanliness.

The role requires at least one year in janitorial work, leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to follow directions and work independently. Weekend availability and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning).
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies; empty trash.
• Respond to spills and special cleaning requests promptly.
• Inspect areas to ensure quality standards.
• Restock carts and monitor inventory; assist training new team members.
• Provide supervision in supervisor’s absence.
