Position Overview:
We’re searching for a motivated Lead Cleaning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person on the job, responsible for team coordination, customer interactions, and ensuring every home gets the five-star treatment it deserves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being a team player working with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the Huntsville, Madison and surrounding areas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Train and mentor team members in cleaning best practices
• Manage the daily cleaning schedule and keep the team on track
• Ensure team has all necessary supplies and equipment each day
• Collect payments and handle basic customer service issues
• Direct team on cleaning strategy, expectations, and quality standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience (excluding janitorial)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management

Preferred Skills:

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to motivate a team and create a positive work environment
• Dependable and proactive with a strong work ethic
