Job Summary Details:

The Lead Cleaner is responsible for providing direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A JANITORIAL LEAD OR SUPERVISOR.

Location and Schedule:

Location: 22205 E 19TH AVE., AURORA, CO 80019

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 pm - 5:30 am

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay rate: $21.25 per hour, paid weekly + PTO

Requirements:

• Pass background check and XM drug test
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a janitorial lead or supervisor

Qualifications:

Basic:

• Must be 18 years or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred:

• Customer service experience
• One year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members
• Communicate effectively between team, client, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the supervisor
• Assist with training the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments and schedules
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards
• Report maintenance work orders
• Ensure premises are secured at all times
• Work with the manager to schedule jobs and complete work
• Oversee quality of cleaning jobs and confirm completion
• Train new hires
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventory
