Job summary

ABM US is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on ensuring policies and procedures are followed and that buildings are clean and safe for workers and customers.

You will oversee daily tasks and support a high standard of service across shifts. As on-site supervision when the Manager is absent, you will delegate assignments, provide guidance, and operate required equipment while handling cleaning chemicals safely.
