Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations in Goshen, Indiana. You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to team members to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.

As the appointed lead, you will supervise on-site when the Manager is away, enforce established procedures, operate necessary equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and assist with general janitorial duties as needed.
