Job description

Waukesha-based client is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to assist in the cleanup of homes and businesses affected by disasters such as fire, flood, or storms. This vital role involves lifting, cleaning, demolition, and packing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Represent the company with honesty and integrity.
2. Perform final and structure cleans.
3. Communicate daily with Project Managers.
4. Assist in identifying and handling damaged items.
5. Gather, sort, and pack affected contents.
6. Clean and process contents affected by disaster.
7. Proficiently use applicable cleaning equipment.
8. Communicate proactively with management and team leaders.
9. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the job site, leaving the area cleaner than upon arrival.
10. Drive company vehicles to job sites.
11. Ensure job site security and safety.
12. Lead and supervise the cleaning crew.
13. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
14. Must have a valid driver's license.
15. Must pass a felony background check, drug screening, and have a valid driving record.

Physical Demands:

1. Constantly lift 5-40 lbs., frequently lift 20-100 lbs.
2. Stand, walk, push, and pull significantly.
3. Occasional climbing, balancing, crouching, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
4. Work in confined spaces.
5. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
6. Exposure to noise and fumes from solvents and chemicals.

Shift:

7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Overtime and on-call work may be required.
