Position Summary Details
Assume day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Use expert technical & troubleshooting knowledge to assist other service representatives in solving problems.
  • Demonstrate capability and interest in training others.
  • Train trainees and teach team members problem-solving techniques.
  • Keep knowledge up to date regarding equipment and concepts by reading manuals and online sources.
  • Participate in technical organizations to improve knowledge.
  • Handle heavy workload efficiently.
  • Follow systematic questioning and troubleshooting guides to diagnose faults quickly.
  • Ensure complete system checks before leaving a job to avoid callbacks.
  • Seek help for unsolvable problems before leaving the site.
  • Use proper troubleshooting tools and inform customers of arrival, departure, and plans.
  • Explore customer complaints to identify root issues and respond with empathy.
  • Instruct customers on proper system use and handle customer interactions tactfully.
  • Provide job priority assessments, adhere to schedules, and handle interruptions professionally.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and promptly, obtaining necessary signatures.
  • Keep management informed of issues, changes, and customer feedback.
  • Modify instructions for clarity across different audiences.
  • Train customer personnel for emergency handling and proper system use.
  • Identify sales leads and support sales efforts, including pricing and replacement recommendations.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, and report performance issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must meet requirements for working in specific ATS environments, including a ten-year work history if available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience
  • One year of lead or supervisory experience
  • Two years of commercial HVAC experience
