Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures at a Wisconsin location. The Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance, and supervises when the Manager is away.

This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed, ensuring buildings and spaces remain clean and safe for workers and customers.
