Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations at an assigned location in Monroe, LA. The role involves coordinating daily tasks by delegating assignments and guiding staff, with on-site supervision when the Manager is away.

You will uphold established cleanliness and safety standards for workers and customers, operate specialized equipment, and handle cleaning chemicals, while supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
