Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead at our Sandy, UT location to coordinate daily facility operations and supervise staff in the manager's absence. The role emphasizes adherence to safety and cleanliness standards across the site, including operation of specialized cleaning equipment and handling of chemicals.

Shift is Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with pay at $18 per hour. English/Spanish language skills are a plus; benefits are offered by ABM.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience.
• English and/or Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.
• Provide supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present.
• Demonstrate established standards to keep buildings/facilities clean and safe for workers and customers.
• Operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals as needed.
• Support general janitorial duties as required.
