Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations and ensure adherence to policies. You will delegate daily tasks, guide staff, and provide supervision when the Manager is unavailable.

This is a full-time Janitorial Lead position with shifts Wed-Sat 6am-4:30pm or 6pm-4:30am, at a pay rate of $21.60 per hour. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and a veteran-friendly environment for qualified applicants.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Full-time shift leads
(1) Wednesday - Saturday 6am-430pm

(1) Wednesday-Saturday 6pm-430am

Pay rate $21.60 per hour.
