Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations, supervise on-site staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness at the assigned location. The Lead delegates tasks, provides guidance, and steps in when the Manager isn't present.

This role includes operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting janitorial duties. Shifts vary across the week with weekly pay at $17.03 per hour.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Available Shifts:
Wednesday through Saturday 8am-6:30pm
Sunday through Wednesday 7:30pm-6am
Wednesday through Saturday 7:30pm-6am

Pay:
$17.03 per hour, paid weekly
