Job Summary Details:

The Lead Cleaner is responsible for providing direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Shift:

Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Communicate effectively between team members, clients, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with training the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Assist with creating daily and weekly work schedules
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Ensure premises are secured at all times
• Work with the Manager to schedule jobs with the Property Manager and cleaning crew
• Oversee quality of work and confirm completion with the Manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms accurately and thoroughly
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
