Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility cleaning operations at an assigned site in Lenexa, KS. You will delegate daily tasks, guide staff, and ensure compliance with policies when the Manager is away.

This role requires operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services is required.

Job description

Pay Range $18.00 per hour

Hours: Wednesday- Saturday 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Pay: $18.00

Requirement: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
