ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations at our Charlotte, NC location. The role includes coordinating daily tasks, delegating assignments, and providing guidance to staff when the Manager is unavailable.

You will model standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for workers and customers. The position involves operating specialized cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals, while supporting general janitorial duties as needed.
