Job summary

Programmed Cleaning Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Lead Cleaner for the Frankville area (Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm). You will supervise a team of cleaners, communicate effectively, and ensure cleaning runs meet client and company standards.

You will assist the Building Supervisor with daily operations, assign tasks, order supplies, and provide on-site training. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and maintaining high-quality service for multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine inspections of buildings/sites- making sure buildings are up to par.

• Order and issue supplies as needed.
• Provide employees with any documents, attire and supplies they may need.
• Evaluates employee performance and conducts on-site training.
• Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
• Report incidents, procedures, or safety violations to the District Manager and Human Resources.
• Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day/night and keep District Management informed of any problem situation.
• Other job duties may be assigned based on customer or management discretion.

Job Skills / Requirements

We are in search of a Part-Time Lead Cleaner for the Frankville Area (Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm). Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills, effective time management to complete cleaning assignments, and the capability to supervise others.

Assists the Building Supervisor and/or Manager with cleaning operations, and the day-to-day activities of the cleaners while maintaining their own cleaning runs to satisfy the customer and Programmed Cleaning’s standards.
