Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement a classical course of instruction aligned with CSUSA's educational philosophy and goals, securing a strong foundation in the Trivium with emphasis on Logic and virtue.
• Develop purposeful lesson plans that reflect classical teaching strategies, maximize learning time, and provide real-world examples.
• Present subject matter to engage scholars, invite critical questions, and encourage disciplined, virtuous discussion and conduct.
• Review scholar records to understand abilities and needs, maintaining accurate data to guide instructional decisions.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles while strengthening logical thinking and civic responsibility.
• Conduct regular diagnostic assessments to evaluate scholar learning and design activities reinforcing mastery and virtue.
• Refer scholars with suspected learning challenges to appropriate supports and promote steady growth in reasoning skills.
• Coordinate class field trips that enrich the classical curriculum and connect prudence, fortitude, temperance, and justice to real-world contexts.
• Prepare scholars for state assessments by applying classical methods that emphasize essential content and skills and integrity in effort.
• Contribute to curriculum revision by selecting classical texts and logic resources aligned with CSUSA standards.
