Job summary

Denali Water Solutions Llc is seeking a Class A Lead Support Driver in Goodyear, AZ. The role covers routes across Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada, with deployments lasting one to two weeks or longer as operations demand. You will supervise drivers, ensure safety, and maintain high service levels from the Goodyear office.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Willingness to travel across AZ/NM/NV.
• 2–3 years of commercial driving/logistics experience.
• Able to stay away from home for 1–2 weeks at a time or longer.
• Must read/write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations from Goodyear, AZ office when not on route coverage.
• Cover routes for 1–2 weeks at a time as needed.
• Provide direct support to CDL drivers and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate route coverage and assist with long-term route planning.
• Train and retrain drivers on safety procedures and company standards.
